The Thing

Whoa! Time jump! Spoilers for the end of the episode you were SUPPOSED to get before this one. We went ahead and selected John Carpenter’s The Thing, thus rounding out his Apocalypse Trilogy. We loved the poetry of releasing Prince of Darkness on the actual 35th anniversary of the film (something we honestly didn’t plan for before finding that out) so much that we decided to keep that release schedule and bump this one up a week in your month long October SHUDcast Shuntathon! Make sense? No? All good.
